Maventa's customer service is transitioning to a new support system

Dear customer,

We would like to inform you that we are transitioning to a new support system. The purpose of this change is to enhance the quality of our customer service and provide more comprehensive support to all our clients.

Transition phases and schedule:

  • Support requests and phone: These features will be activated starting May 15, 2025. The transition will occur in phases, with only support requests and phone service included in the first phase.
  • Support pages and chat: These features will be integrated into the new system later this year.
  • Important announcements: Our Community area will be discontinued this year, and future updates/errors will be available on our maintained website.

Support and instructions/guides:

  • Support portal view: The support portal view visible to customers will change with the new system.
  • Updated instructions and guides: We are enhancing instructions and guides on our support pages, more instructions will now also be available in English.

Potential delays and errors: The new system has been thoroughly tested, but we ask you to report any errors or disruptions you encounter. The transition might cause brief delays in customer service, but we aim to minimize these issues.

Simultaneous use of two systems: Initially, we will operate between two systems, as the transition is phased. This might affect the flexibility of our service, but we are doing our utmost to ensure a smooth transition.

Contact information: All our contact details will remain the same, so you can continue to reach us as usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition phase. Our goal is to provide even better service and meet our customers' needs more flexibly and comprehensively.
