We are working on making the support page instructions more comprehensive and will be offering more instructions in English in the future.
Simultaneous use of two systems: Initially, we will operate between two systems, as the transition is phased. This might affect the flexibility of our service, but we are doing our utmost to ensure a smooth transition.
Potential delays and errors: The new system has been thoroughly tested, but we ask you to report any errors or disruptions you encounter. The transition might cause brief delays in customer service, but we aim to minimize these issues.
