RESOLVED / Issues with sending invoices to the Apix e-invoicing operator

Dear customers,


A technical problem has been detected in the invoices sent to recipients using Apix as their e-invoice provider, which is currently causing the invoices to remain in error and pending status. We are aware of the cause of the problem and repair work is already underway. We are actively working to resolve the issue and Maventa will resend all pending invoices as soon as possible once the issue has been resolved. Our customers do not need to re-send the invoices themselves.


We apologise for any delay or inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to resolving this situation quickly and efficiently. We will let you know as soon as we have more information.

The problem has been solved and all invoices have now been successfully re-sent by us.
