Maventa has reduced the invoice retention period from 36 months to 24 months.

Invoices older than 24 months are no longer available in Maventa database.

This adjustment is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

It's important to note that Maventa's Terms of Service (TOS) state that Maventa is not responsible for customers' obligations under the Finnish Accounting Act or any other legislative requirements related to record retention. Maventa remains committed to providing exceptional service while adhering to legal obligations and industry standards.
