Duplicate scan invoices to Finnish and Dutch Maventa customers on Aug 19th 2024

Dear customers,

Maventa scan provider Azets Document Solution (ADS) has informed us of an incident on Aug 19th 2024 causing batches of invoices being exported twice. Depending on the duplicate controls on integrator side, customers may have received the same invoices twice.
This concerns in total 2757 invoices in Finland and 574 invoices in the Netherlands. Customers in other countries are not impacted.

Maventa will contact the affected integrator parties separately. 


There will not be any cost related to the duplicates and the needed corrections to invoicing will be fully handled by Maventa.
