Maventa to be spin off as separate Visma company from the beginning of 2025

Dear customer,


Maventa e-invoicing service will spin off from Visma Solutions Oy to become its own Visma subsidiary starting from the beginning of 2025. Maventa has been part of the Visma Solutions product family since 2014. 


The change will not affect customers.
