Dear customer,

The corporate acquisition between S-Bank and Handelsbanken will take effect on December 1, 2024. Please note the following changes regarding e-invoice and direct payment agreements:

• E-invoice Agreements: Handelsbanken will not automatically transfer your current e-invoice agreements to S-Bank. You will need to create new e-invoice agreements with S-Bank. Handelsbanken will terminate your current agreements and send DELETE messages for these orders.
  
  
• Direct Payment Orders: Current direct payment orders will be transferred to S-Bank by the banks. Handelsbanken will send DELETE messages for these orders, and S-Bank will send new ADD messages on December 2, 2024.
  
  

Therefore, there is no need to be concerned about the increased number of DELETE and ADD messages that may appear at the beginning of December.

It is also worth noting that Handelsbanken will continue to have consumer customers using the e-invoice service until March 25, 2025.
