Delay detected in the delivery of scanned invoices from 16th to 20th January 2025.

Dear Customer,


We have detected and corrected a system malfunction that affected the processing of scanned invoices from Thursday 16.01.2025 to Tuesday 21.01.2025 (11:50 AM). This situation has now been completely resolved, and operations are continuing normally.


Materials that were delayed due to the malfunction are being processed and will be delivered to Maventa as soon as possible. This does not require any action from you. We will update this report once all materials have been processed.


We are continuously working to improve our system to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
