Discontinuation of Support for Legacy TLS Protocols

L

Dear customer,

Effective June 30, 2025, we will disable the use of outdated security protocols, in accordance with general security recommendations and to enhance the security of our services. After this update, connections using TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 will no longer be accepted. We will continue to support only TLS version 1.2 and newer versions.

Our integration partners must ensure that their implementations also utilize TLS 1.2 to remain compatible with our communication encryption settings.

As part of the transition, we will perform this on our stage environment starting 3.3.2025,  allowing you to test the setup and verify that TLS 1.2 is functioning as expected. Please feel free to ensure everything is in order.

What is TLS (Transport Layer Security)?

TLS is a security protocol that provides privacy and data integrity between two communicating applications. It is widely used in browsers and other applications that require secure data transmission over the network.

Kind regards,
