Several users have experienced issues with the invoice PDF preview in Maventa. In such situations, attempting to open an invoice results in an error message about preview problems.
This issue is due to using an outdated, non-updated browser version. Maventa's functionality depends on users utilizing updated browser versions. This is essential for us to provide both user-friendly features and high-level security. Using an old version can limit access to new features and security updates, potentially compromising user security.
We recommend updating your browser to the latest version.
If the update does not succeed and you receive a notification about an outdated version of Windows or Mac OS and the need to update it, this indicates that your operating system is so old that new browser versions no longer support it. This could limit the use of some Maventa functionalities, such as invoice preview. In this case, the only solution is to open the invoice on a newer device.
