RESOLVED: Disruption in sending invoices to the Receivables management service July 25th.2024

Dear customer using our Receivables management service,


On 25.07.2024, a technical glitch was detected in our Receivables management service (Reskontravahti), which unfortunately affects the process of handling some of the invoices sent, causing them to end up in error.


We have taken steps to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

The problem has been solved and  invoices stuck inaccurately in duplicate error have now been successfully re-sent.
