Dear customer,

The current Duetto reminder and collection service will end on 1.9.2024.

After the end of the service, new orders can no longer be transferred to Duetto from Maventa (via the Maventa user interface or API). Please note, that invoice assignment created before September will be processed until the end of the period. If you have previously transferred invoices, you can log in to the service and track their status at https://www.vismaduetto.net/.

Duetto will be replaced by a new reminder and collection service, Reskontravahti Express. 

You can activate the new service by logging in to your Maventa account, going to the menu at the top of the page under "Reskontravahti" and selecting the service type "Reskontravahti Express". After activating the service, you can transfer individual overdue invoices to the reminder or collection process directly, from the sent invoice details. With the new service, you can see the collection progress status of your invoices directly from the Maventa user interface.
