RESOLVED: Disturbance detected in the import of data from the verkkolaskuosoite.fi register Apr 2-3, 2025

Dear customer,


Between 02.04.2025 at 04:00 and 03.04.2025 at 14:12, a disruption has been detected in the import of data from the verkkolaskuosoite.fi register to the Maventa register. The disturbance affected the retrieval of recipient information and the routing of invoices by means of the recipient BID.


The problem only affected the Finnish operator network and only affected sends where only the recipient's BID has been given to the invoice. Sends with an recipient EIA were not affected and have been operating as normal.
