If you use Maventa as an integrated service through your billing software, it is likely that you will be charged directly by your software provider. In this case, Maventa's pricing will not apply and you would need to check the pricing directly with your software provider.
If you use Maventa's service with Maventa Connector or any other software that does not charge you directly for the service, you will be billed by Maventa for the service. Please note that if you download or send an invoice directly from the Maventa interface, Maventa will charge you for the transaction.
When will Maventa charge me? Maventa will invoice you monthly if the balance on your billing account exceeds 10€. Otherwise, we will invoice you every 6 months. If you use the service through your billing software, please check the billing cycles with your software provider.
