HOW TO RESET MY PASSWORD
1. Go to Maventa Log in page
2. Press "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter your username and press "Send". After this, you'll see a notification that states "Confirmation sent to given e-mail"
After the notification appears,
1. Log into your email and open the email you received regarding the missing password. Press "Enter a new password"
2. Enter your new password that meets the data security requirements (at least 8 caracters long, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 special caracter). When all the red marks have turned green, your password meets the safety requirements and you can press "Change password"
3. You'll receive a verification that your password has been changed. Now you can log in to your Maventa-account.
If you didn't receive the mail, we recommend checking the "Spam"-folder from your email. If you cannot find the email, please contact our support via email [email protected].
