Yes you can. E-invoices are always send with the ERP's own PDF, if the PDF is delivered to Maventa.
You can upload you own logo, that will be used in the PDF's created by Maventa, from Maventa's settings (Settings > Layout settings). From the same page you can also choose if you want to use Maventa's PDF template or your own PDF for the invoices that are sent to the print service.
