Maventa Receivables management service is a value-added service on top of traditional online invoicing offered by Maventa and Visma Financial Solutions in collaboration. The service ensures the sending of invoices, sends automatic notices if necessary, handles collection and ensures that you receive payments on time. Invoices are created in the normal way from the invoicing program and Maventa takes care of the rest.

The receivables management is part of the Maventa service at no additional cost. The service has no separate opening fees, monthly fees or annual fees. You only pay for invoices sent. The service is free of charge up to collection actions.


Receivables management includes the following features:

  • Invoice data transfer from Maventa e-invoice account to payment control
  • Adding a customer account and a transfer clause to the invoice
  • Sales ledger control work :

        Alignment of referential and non-referential performances

        Payment notes and voluntary collection

        Processing of wrongly paid services

        Option to add payment manually
