An error message will only be sent if the error message notifications are enabled in the Maventa account settings. You can find the settings under Settings > Invoice settings > Invoice notifications > For sent invoices in error:
If you select the sender's email address (To invoice sender) as the delivery address for error notifications, the notifications will be sent to the email address of the user whose username (API key) is used to create and send the invoices.
If you would like notifications to be sent to another email address instead of or in addition to the sender's email address, you can specify one or more email addresses under Other email addresses. Once you have added an address to the line, klick plus ((+) Add). If necessary, the address can be deleted by pressing the minus ((-)) next to the email address and finally press Save:
If you receive notifications about changes to the status of invoices, you can edit the settings in the Maventa account under: Settings > Personal settings > Details. The 'Disable notifications of electronic invoice updates sent internally' option prevents notifications from sent invoices (e.g. invoice status changes) and the 'Disable all notifications' option also disables notifications from incoming invoices. Please note that notifications of invoice errors will still be received. Click Update to save the changes you have made:
