Maventa service is intended for all companies that send and receive e-invoices, and uses financial management software that can process and produce some of the common e-invoice formats.
Maventa only works as an invoice operator, so creating invoices directly in Maventa is not possible. Invoices are created in an invoicing program. In order to create an account and for registration your company, company needs to have an business ID given by the tax administration. You can register an account with the business ID of Finland, Sweden, Norway or Denmark.
To get started with e-invoicing, you only need two things:
1. Maventa e-Invoice account which you can open at: https://secure.maventa.com/login
2. An ERP that is capable of reading and creating e-invoices.
Opening an account is free and takes about 10-15 minutes.
