If you want to change your username to Maventa, you will need to update your email address from the user's own settings in our authentication service provider.


Instructions for updating your username:


Log in to Maventa and select: My Settings> Change Password. Click on the link: You can edit your password and two-step login here.


The link will open to https://accountsettings.connect.visma.com/ where you can manage your account information and login settings. Click the pen icon on the right side of the page to edit your information.


Select "Change email address." Enter your current password and the new email address you want, then select "Send confirmation email." The system will send a confirmation message to the new email address. You will need to open the confirmation email link for the new email address to be activated. You will then be able to log in to Maventa with a new email address, and your password and two-step authentication settings will remain the same.
