Please note that the QR code given during the Maventa login must be scanned or entered manually into the application in all cases. The code given when logging in is intended specifically for logging into Maventa, and therefore you cannot log in with others.

In this case, we recommend that you check that the QR code has been successfully scanned into the application. If you entered the code into the authenticator manually by copying it, please make sure that there were no extra characters or spaces in between, and that it is the same as the given code. When logging in for the first time, you can go back to step 2/5 and scan, or manually enter the code again if necessary.

After activating with the authenticator's QR code, or with a manual code, the application will give you a 6-digit code. When entering a 6-digit code in the field that requires it, please make sure that you enter the code without spaces (e.g. 123456, as shown in the video above).

Also, please note that the app is constantly updating the code and if the code has turned red, it has expired and you should wait for the next number combination. (In several authenticators, you can copy a series of 6 numbers by double-clicking it, but you can also use the right mouse button and the options it provides on a computer, or copy the series of numbers manually.)

The cause of the problem may also be that the time-settings in the Google Authenticator app is not synchronized correctly. Here's how to set the correct time:

1. On your Android device, open the main menu of the Google Authenticator app.

2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner > choose settings > Time correction for codes > Sync now

Next, the application will confirm that the time has been synchronized. You should now be able to log in. Synchronization only affects the internal time of the Google Authenticator. Your device's time and date settings will not be changed.

If adding the code to the application is not successful, next you can try to completely remove the application from your phone and reinstall it, after which you can scan or enter the code manually on your phone. If necessary, you can also try downloading another authenticator. You can read about the options that can be installed on your computer here.
