If you have any questions regarding your payslip, or for example about salary payment, please contact your employer directly who creates and sends the payslips. For security reasons, we are unable to view payslips in our support.
If your employer uses Maventa Epayslip service, you have the option to receive your payslip through the online Epayslip service. The Maventa Epayslip service, or electronic payslip, provides your own salary information for viewing if you have personal online bank credentials. Maventa only acts as a mediator for online payslips, meaning that the calculations created by employers are forwarded to employees through our service.
The employee can view the Maventa Epayslip by logging into their own online bank using their personal online bank credentials. Payslips are stored in the service for 7 years. If you want to keep the payslips for a longer period, you can save or print them for yourself. If you receive the message: "No payslips," first ensure that you are logged into the online bank with your personal credentials and that you have selected Maventa from the operators.
Supported browsers
Maventa Epayslip service is an online service that is used with an internet browser. Attention should be paid to the choice of browser, as the service's functionality is only ensured with the most common and latest browsers. If you encounter issues using the service, we recommend trying it with a different browser. Supported browsers are:
Google Chrome (latest version) - Windows, Apple macOS, Apple iOS, Android
Apple Safari (latest version), Apple macOS, Apple iOS
Microsoft Edge (latest version) - Windows
Mozilla Firefox (latest version) - Windows, Apple macOS
For security reasons, we have blocked the use of outdated SSLv3, TLS 1.0, and TLS 1.1 security protocols in our service. Currently, the website and software interface only sypport the TLS 1.2 encryption protocol.
Payslips
If your employer has confirmed that they send payslips via Maventa Epayslip service, the payslips should be found in your own online bank. The exact menu depends on the bank, but usually, there is a section named "Online Payslip" or "Salary Information" in the online bank where the payslips can be found. In the Online Payslip view, you need to select Maventa as the provider of the payslip. Open the payslip by clicking on it.
Saving and printing payslip
Select Print from the payslip view. The payslip will open in a new, separate browser window. You can then print and save the payslip using your browser's built-in print and save functions.
Deleting payslips
You can delete an individual payslip from your Maventa Epayslip service. Open the payslip by clicking on it, and then select Delete in the top left corner. Please note that once a payslip has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
Language selection
You can change the language of the service by using the buttons Suomeksi / På svenska / In English in the upper right corner of the Latest Payslips page. This will change the language of the service's functions. The language of the payslip content cannot be changed in the service. If you want to change the language of the payslip, please contact your employer.
Logging out
Log out by clicking the Log out button in the upper right corner of the Your latest pay slips page.
